This is an exciting opportunity to join our Story and Content team!  The Story and Content team leads Amnesty’s digital program and produces content that demonstrates Amnesty’s impact and engaging supporters in our campaigns to achieve supporter engagement and retention goals.

The Story and Content Associate assists in the planning, production and evaluation of content across multiple formats for distribution through various channels, including digital and print. This is a real opportunity to make a valued contribution to digital communications and supporter journeys with Amnesty International Australia, by ensuring communications channels are performing to KPIs and keeping abreast of new developments and opportunities in digital marketing and social media.

You will have:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in a content production or digital communications role across all formats (email, web, social, video, print) including writing, editing, proofing, and reporting and analytics
  • Understanding of digital communications platforms including emerging trends, functionality and formats
  • Understanding of audiences, community management and social listening
  • Project management skills including task prioritisation, initiative, problem-solving and meeting deadlines
  • Creative thinking, ideation and storytelling skills
